  1. Return Terms
    We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and with all original tags when returning. We do not accept returns in the following cases:

The product has been opened or used.

The product has exceeded the return validity period (within 30 days).

Limited edition or promotional products (depending on the case).

Contact Customer Service
Please contact us via email at goodmoelcules@site.com or online customer service to explain your return request. Please include the order number, product name and reason for return in the email.

Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return authorization confirmation and provide you with the return address and related instructions.

Packaging and Returns
Please place the item in the original box and make sure that the product is not damaged. Return packages must be shipped at your own expense. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking function so that the package can be tracked.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, the return refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. If the return conditions are met, we will refund the original payment method. The refund amount will not include any shipping costs and will only be refunded for the product itself.

  1. Exchanges
    We currently only accept returns for refunds and do not provide direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange the product, please return it for a refund first, and then place a new order for the product you need.
  2. Return Costs
    Domestic Orders: Return postage is borne by the customer unless the product is of quality problem.
    International Orders: International return costs are borne by the customer. Please note that you may be required to pay customs duties and other fees for the return.
  3. Damaged Products or Wrong Orders
    If the product you received is damaged or does not match the product you ordered, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a free exchange or refund for you and cover the relevant return costs.
  4. Refund Processing Time
    Once we receive your return and confirm that it is correct, the refund will be processed. Refunds are usually completed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
  5. Undelivered Orders
    If your order has not been shipped, you can contact customer service at any time to cancel the order. Shipped orders will follow the above return policy.
  6. Untimely Returns
    Orders that exceed the return period (30 days) or the goods have been opened and used cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any special circumstances that need to be negotiated, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
